Covert_one and I decided to take an ANZAC weekend drive to see if we could ninja the Maltworks during daylight hours. We were keen to see how it had changed since the last time we were there…

Our favourite change was that the door to the hangar was now half a meter open, so that’s where we ended up spending the entirety of our time.

We got to see the plane close up, along with a big truck, a forklift, and several old cars – all with smashed windscreens or completley missing engines. There’s a whole lot of random stuff in there – documents, reciept books, a fuck-tonne of empty vinegar bottles and stacks upon stacks of generic boxes of stuff. Our favourite find was the reels of thousands of malt vinegar stickers.

Apparently I didn’t understand Covert_one’s camera too well, so some photos are a bit blurry…

Anyway if you’ve been to the Maltworks, but not inside the hangar – now is a good/dirt easy time to try it, and you’ll be glad you did!

Friday lol. Yeah we didn’t go into the big building that time – however we did manage to stand in this rank oil instead.
