well, this is semi abandoned. it is a historic stable, along with a house. (see picture of sign that is outside). i stopped of here on my way north from Christchurch for lunch and it is right next to a back packers on the main drag. the house is still lived in and maintained, and this stable is right next door, falling to bits and with spectacularly over grown surroundings. you are on private property to get a look at it, but it is wide open with no fences.
