When I was introduced to the seminary on Riccarton Rd half of the building was either being demolished or renovated, and I'm not sure of the state of it now. The building on the far right side of the grounds was being lived in, had cars parked outside and an old dog that wasen't on a leech, but the biggest building on the left hand side was abandoned or not in use at that time. We jumped over the main fence on Riccarton road and ran across the lawn to the side of the building where there was a big pile of rubble and a few planks of wood which we used to get up through the main door which was about three meters up.
