  bummer, from what i can see on the map theres a ton of kickass places down
  there. well i can trek up to aucks on weekends if you want company, im pretty
  crap at finding new locations tho :P

    only reason it seems like theres heaps of locations down here is cos
    we’ve been keeping an eye out for places and been doing the odd bit of
    research using city council websites and the like… i’m sure the
    north island has plenty to offer!

        heh pro my ass – i’ve never infiltrated a functioning hydro dam!
        its really starting to look like a north island tour is gonna happen sometime,
        hopefully pretty soon. i seem to recall you mentioning something about having
        abseiling gear… that creates all sorts of possibilities :D

          well i “borrowed” it (read: took without permission and returned
          before anyone noticed) from the christian camp i used to work at but such an
          event can easily be repeated :D
